• Cancellation Policy

    Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
    Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply after the third non attended appointment within a year. Guests who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice, or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your account after the third occurrence.

  • Deposit Policy

    A deposit needs to be paid to secure an appointment at Deep Salon Lifestyle Store, either online or over the phone. This deposit will be used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable should you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment unfortunately you will lose your deposit and will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • Appointment Policy

    We recommend you book appointments in advance to secure your preferred date, time and therapist / stylist for your experience. We will contact you via SMS or phone 2 days prior to your treatment to confirm your appointment time.

    Deep reserves the right to cancel non-confirmed appointments at any time.

    If unhappy with any service provided at Deep, guests are required to contact the salon with in seven days of the original appointment. After this time period, complimentary services to amend the situation will not be offered.

  • Refund Policy

    Please choose carefully – we do not issue refunds if you make a wrong decision.

    If you have made an incorrect purchase – goods can only be accepted for exchange in unused, original condition and packaging

    Gift vouchers if lost or stolen are not redeemable.

    We do not issue refunds or exchanges without a receipt – please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

  • Your Comfort

    Please respect the quiet and privacy needs of other guests by making child-care arrangements for any appointments.

  • Your Treatment Needs

    For your maximum safety and comfort, please let us know if you are under the care of a doctor or other alternative practitioner. In particular, please inform us if you are pregnant or have any allergies or health conditions so we can adapt the treatments to your needs.

  • Gift Vouchers and Corporate Gifts

    We are pleased to offer gift vouchers for single treatments, packages or a dollar value. Specific requests and corporate gifts can be arranged. Gift vouchers, corporate gifts and product orders can be placed and paid for by phone or e-mail.

    Please take note of the 4 digit voucher number on your gift card. In case of loss or damage to the card itself, the voucher value can be redeemed in the salon with that number.
